Please provide us with as much information as possible to ascertain we fully understand the nature of your complaint and can take necessary action to resolve it promptly.
We will respond to your complaint within two working days. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint as well as a written plan of action where relevant. We will then take all necessary steps to try and resolve your complaint. After the complaint has been hopefully resolved to your satisfaction, we will inform you in writing of the steps taken and outcome achieved.
