We are a small independent company who are madly passionate about all things property. Whether that be lettings, management or maintenance, we love it all. And what’s more, we only work with people who are as passionate about property as we are.
Established in 2021 and based in Hertfordshire, we work with property professionals located all over London, Hertfordshire & Essex to ensure their properties are kept in tip top shape.
We have a small team of contractors and tradesmen who are second to none. We have our own in house maintenance technicians and we also use sub contractors for our bigger works. All our contractors are fully vetted and hold their own public liability insurance. We have worked for many years with our sub contractors and only use people we know in the trade.
Our Property Managers are vastly experienced. Above all else, communication is key when managing properties and we firmly believe you cannot manage a property from behind a desk, so we take a very hands on approach. We really manage all our properties as if they are our own and as a small independent operator, we have the time to really invest in individually managing every property.
